About us
At our factory, located in the Kaluga region, we have been producing activated carbon for over 10 years. Since 2011, we have carried out a complete modernization of our equipment, which has significantly improved the quality of activated carbon, as confirmed by our customers. In early 2015, we put into operation additional capacity, which allowed us to increase the production of our products.
Main Products
The main product of our enterprise is activated carbon of the OU-A grade, which complies with GOST 4453-74. Our equipment allows us to produce activated carbon with adsorption activity indicators for methylene blue of over 330 mg/g. We also produce activated carbon of the BAU grade, according to GOST 6217-74.

Applications
Activated carbon is used in the following areas:
- Pharmaceutical industry: purification of solutions in the production of medical preparations, production of charcoal tablets
- Water treatment
- Equipment for small-sized filters and post-treatment filters
- Food industry: purification of liqueurs, low-alcohol and carbonated beverages; purification of starch syrup and glucose; bleaching and deodorization of food oils and solutions; production of citric acid, lactic acid, and other acids; decolorization of sugar syrups, xylitol, caramel production
- Chemical, oil and gas, and processing industries: production of mineral oils, chemical reagents, and paint and varnish products
The charcoal is in a powdered form, designated as OU-A
Activated charcoal OU-A is a high-quality activated carbon made from environmentally friendly raw materials (birch wood) by steam activation at temperatures of 800-950°C, followed by grinding. Activated charcoal OU-A is a finely dispersed porous material consisting mainly of carbon. It has a highly developed overall porosity, a wide range of pores, and a large specific surface area (over 1200m2 per gram of charcoal). With such unique properties, activated charcoal OU-A is ideal for purifying and clarifying various liquids and solutions, especially those containing organic impurities with medium to high molecular weight.
